Stuff that needs to be put somewhere else.

Most of the stuff here is from when I was using this site as an intermediary step for getting content onto the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit web site.

Update (April 14, 2008): I’ve been made aware that the web site committee is considering making a podcast of the sermons. Their guy insists that it’s difficult and requires special software. I insist that it’s simple and can be done with a text editor, but I’m too busy to demonstrate that if nobody is going to use it.

So, if you want a podcast, and Simon hasn’t put his up yet, just ask me and I’ll set up a podcast here.

Update (June 22, 2007): I’m running a new experiment: Publishing the church calendar on Google.

Just subscribe to the calendar using Google Calendar, and you get church events to show up on your own calendar. You can also subscribe to the iCal calendar with many PIM programs, including obviously Apple iCal.

Summer Day Camp supply shortages

It’s way too much work for me to publish the songs from the church services regularly, and the recordings usually don’t sound that good, not to mention the copyright issues, so you’ll have to do special requests.

Through some change in the sermon arrangements, I’ll not be using this place to publish the sermons for now.
